“Vista Alegre, Transpor a Forma Prolongar o Uso” is the materialisation of a PhD thesis by designer Rita Filipe on the porcelain industry’s material culture, production, consumption, and sustainability. Maintaining the layout principles of her original dissertation (which we also designed), the book develops between wide margins, heavy image archives and Filipe’s own conclusions.
